I think we’ve found the problem right here. No one should be posting every time they have an idea, they should be posting every time they have a good idea.

If you think you’ve had a good idea more than once every 30 seconds, that’s a sign that you’re not using enough quality control over your posts.

Maybe the cooldown timer should be increased to two minutes so that people will have to think slightly harder before they post.
