...you can, but odds are, your entry will suffer chances at winning.

It entire point is to make a nice background for my laptop (1600x900), so if you can draw it out then make it higher res, great. If not, I’m not against making a tiled background, but I’d prefer one large picture rather than repeated smaller ones. I believe that 23BP is a good incentive to make it as close to screen size as possible. At least make it not look blurry.

I believe that some (if not most) of the opening posts were just jokes, and that AIDS-woman's genitals was just having a little Kaiser-ey fun. That’s fine and all, but all of them score VERY low when you look at how they’re ripped from right offline and don’t fit the screen size well at all. I’d at least prefer something new and unique, either serious and inspiring or fun like swine’s idea. So long as Kaiser Wilhelm II is in the forefront/focus of the scene and it fits the screen size as best you can, then it’s fine. Art close to the size CAN be tiled to screen, but I prefer one large picture ti tiled ones. I could have just done that myself.
