Crotch Zombie owns all user generated content that is submitted. When a community forum is added to the game of ForumWarz they become responsible for the content in it. Since Crotch Zombie profits off of the game, which this forum is now a part of, they therefore become responsible for the plagiarism.

This is why all the INCIT photos are non copyrighted and you’re (supposed to) submit original or referenced images in itembuildr. To be honest I’m surprised nothing like this has occurred before.
