The rules are simple.

You describe the storyline of a book or a movie, as badly as you can, whilst still being relevant. The next posters then attempts to guess what the hell you’re on about, and the person who gets it makes their own description.

BEGIN

The city is like all crap because of crime, but then gets even worse when that guy starts screwing things up.

Many instances of nearly being able to catch the baddie if you’d FINISH THE JOB, but he keeps getting away so as to advance the plot.

He gets a good guy to go emo and start killing people for teh revenge, whilst he continues to cause havoc.

Obligatory skyscraper battle later on in which nasty man can potentially be defeated, but moral protagonist won’t let himself finish the bad guy off, and learns about the emo good guy screwing things up, so goes to save the day.

The hero arrives in the nick of time and nearly gets killed by the emo guy in another moral moment, but then comes back and kills him. EVERYTHING IS A-OK.

I’ll give you a clue: It’s fairly recent. *EDIT* Recent does not mean last few months. It means last couple of years
