No. Because “if you perceive yourself…” implies that you exist, to be doing the perceiving, no matter what the hell kind of crack you’ve been smoking to think that you might not exist.

Unless you listen to Hume, in which case a mind isn’t a thing with memories/thoughts/whatever inside it, so much as the mind just being a bundle of that stuff that happens to kinda be stuck together, without any ‘container’ having a separate existence.

If that’s the case it could be the case that there are some thoughts, without a self existing to think them, and even “I think therefore I am” is gone.
