Fie can accept being banned for spamming. It is legitimate and intentional, there’s no arguing that. However if you are to accuse him of vote collusion he would very much like to see the evidence of this. Believe me, if he were to do something worthy of collusion you would know.

I still say this is overkill though. Trying to micromanage INCIT will kill you guys. You would be far better off going through the Hall of **** and weeding out all the gay bashing, antisemitic and extremely racist entries which are littered through it. They do far more damage to the reputation of INCIT then one spam entry per round (and how often are these ‘spam’ entries the 5th submission?)
