To calculate pistachio for 10 days worth of visits (40 visits) take the first visit number pistachio is rewarded for, multiply by 5, and add 70

e.g. starting with 64

64 * 5 + 70 = 390 scoops

Basically, each additional step up the pistachio ladder is worth another 20 scoops, if you’ve got 12 visits saved at the start of the dom week.
