Log in to see images! I know I should, Fie, but I can’t bring myself to tear the men from this respite. It’s been such a long war, and I think it will go on longer. This won’t be so bad as you say— surely, it will damage them— but I belive— more hope, really— that the moments of pleasure and pain they experience now will bolster them in the battles to come.
