Not all itembuildr files are available at the normal stores or even itembuildr comsumers’ co-op. You can only get them on kyoubai or ppwn shoppe from time to time.

Ah, just guessed one of the weaker tattoos would belong in a store since apparently Trout put the strongest one in stores.
