This case is actually pretty cut and dry. TUBS is immune to prosecution and outside of the jurisdiction of the court of which Chawin is suing from. Chawin, whose case is based largely on sensationalism and playing to the crowd has nothing more than being upset about the consequences of his actions as an argument.
Tubs wins, Chawin should pay the court costs. |
