Well I mean a 30% reduction in bonus on our single most powerful multi-target heal kind of stinks, but I agree totally with the Penance cooldown increase simply because of how powerful it is. Another thing I didn’t mention is the inspiration change which is a definitely + in all scenarios, I’d rather buff any target with 10% less damage taken than with 25% more armor.

And shadowpriests got a lot of stuff to make them even more powerful, namely the fact that Dispersion can be a 75 second cooldown at minimum e.e
