He did change his mind and has stated it several times to her. She has actually been relentlessly harbuming him about it including making threads about it in the GGM klan forum (prior to her being kicked from said klan). As he informed her of this prior to receiving any photographs I don’t see how he’s obligated to complete the transaction. After all, this isn’t his contest.

I believe burningpopsicles should be banned for harbumment of another player Log in to see images!

Then I definitely think that he doesn’t have to pay. Don’t think she should be banned though, as there really is nothing in the site rules (what your Klan Forum’s rules are, however, is a different story).
