All-caps is a dumb rule, especially given that it’s one example out of this general rule:

1) Don’t be an bumhole, no trolling.

The Civil Discussion forums are for discussing Forumwarz and the real world in a useful and entertaining fashion. Don’t troll them up with personal insults, nonconstructive criticism/suggestions/answers, off-topic posts, mini-modding, or just plain annoying things like ALL UPPER CASE text (including in thread titles).

That’s right, off-topic posts, unhelpful answers, and any annoying method of posting are just as bannable in CD. I think it’s time for the mods to get to work if this rule is going to be enforced for every infraction!
