Forumwar logic: Label a thread NSFW and post all the graphic porn you want. Hell, allow and encourage your users regardless of age to post pics there, too. Because it is a vital part of contests and serious discussion! Wanna label a thread “all caps” and post in caps? HORROR! That is some seriously disruptive ****, we’ll need to ban for a couple weeks for that level of offensiveness.
