I cleaned the house, had all 5 of my friends who were supposed to come over cancel on me, got shot in the face(accident) by a neighbor with a bottle rocket, couldn’t find my cat and wandered the neighborhood for 2 hours looking for thinking she might have got out only to find out 5 hours later, that she had snuck into my roommate’s room and died under his bed. My girlfriend is getting home in 30 minutes from duty and I have to tell her our cat died and is in a bag on our back porch.

Is 10:30 AM too early for a stiff drink?
