I too have been thinking about this for years, might I suggest having yourself served at your own funeral?
Catering costs are quite high and that way all of your loved ones will have a little piece of you to take home with them (except for the vegetarians I suppose, unless they make an exception for your dying wish) All you have to do is make sure that there is no cerebro-spinal fluid in the dish and you’ll be set to be a delicious treat!
