Bet doubling doesn’t actually increase your odds of winning anything, just so you know. It just lets you play longer and feel better about yourself because you’re winning more of the time.

Suppose your double limit is 3 – 250/500/1000 F bets. If you had equal odds, you’d win 250 F 7/8 of the games you play, and lose 1750 F 1/8 of the time. You’re still breaking even. And hey, you don’t even have equal odds here.
