Does he have enough BP to pay out? He owes 59BP in prizes. (Mods have a way of checking that, right?) Prizes don’t go out till June 26, so he has time to get the BP if he doesn’t have it now.

Of course not. He has never donated to this game, and it’s pretty impossible to get 59 BP from other people or contests. But yes, if he magically can get 59 BP before June 26 the contest is legit, otherwise it’s gonna be a loooooooooooong toxx ban.
