Why not make a site where you can upload two different images-presumably one innocent and one a shock pic- and then make it give you an image url. When the pic gets enough views-sort of like draginz-it turns into the other one.

i like it, it would mean a lot of people would verify the pic for others, saying ya its ok, so you’re kind of like recruiting others unknowingly to troll for you.
