Minor changes like that (especially when it doesn’t add to the value of the forum) usually indicate someone copying someone else’s idea – thereby deserving the downvote.

I, for one, could not agree more. A reporting system would definitely be nice, but on the other hand they’d have to hire someone to sift through countless reports. Who would want a job like that?
