I came in second recently to a copyright violation entry, when mine was pulled from the Creative Commons on Flickr. Frustrating, but them’s the breaks… for now.

CC isn’t necessarily usable either, although ET’s working on that as well.

I’ve posted about this elsewhere just now. Hopefully the wiki entries will be useful.
