We actually can’t use that name (any more than we can spell Jalapeño properly, dammit) because the .com actually screws things up for the database.

Now, as for grouping smilies, that’s not a bad call. Although there is an aspect of serendipity having them all random-like. Also, I’m sure you already know how to type in those basic smilies, you just want to bash them all out in a row to make annoying sigs Log in to see images!

Part of me wants there to be a user-chosen set of handy-smilies on the left. Another part of me says if you use the emoticons that often, you might as well learn to type them. It’s only the ones I don’t use often that I have to look up (And, in fact, I’d kind of like to see a different arrangement on the “full list” page, but that’s for another time.

Honestly, the biggest part of me thinks the space next to the post should be reserved for the newest additions, in order, so that you can see what’s been added and learn the code.
