Random chance has kept them from appearing. ET has chosen not to (or neglected to) intervene, and add them to the Ppwn Shoppe manually, and in the meantime, prices are just going to continue to rise in your exclusive market for this item, as they become rarer. Haven’t you been rewarded enough? Or did you not actually mean it when you said you didn’t care what price they sell for?
