A +0 Will Save at first level for a non-spellcaster is pretty average. And the odds of having to fight a battle with just that one stat are pretty slim. Plus, there are other members of the team to rely upon. I’ll handle the frontline slugfest, they can handle the ‘battle of wits’. Being able to deal up to 108 points of melee damage each combat round, at first level, without any magical bumistance, is a good trade off for not having a huge Will Save.

In other words, I didn’t go overboard.
