You can’t enforce it. You just re-host the sites somewhere else, then the US can’t do anything, unless it’s “national security” and they send the CIA in. But it would still be too much trouble. The internet belongs to everyone, every country. How can you pbum legislation on a collectively-owned, very vaguely defined, nearly endless amount of data? |
