2) BB is the one who usually keeps track of the changes and awards them, and he does it in spurts. He hasn’t had a recent spurt.

I guess that’s true.

It’s still not clear how much work the peen deserves.

Should someone who makes a few helpful articles get it, or should someone who did a little math to calculate how a stat works get it?
