Alright, here’s what you do.

Go to a sketchy neighborhod or get into the drug scene.

Get to higher ups (dealer that deals to your dealor, as the first dealor you find will probably only have basic **** like weed/ex.)

Get Heroin in powder form (make sure it’s potent.)

Here’s the tricky part. You gotta go to a river known for it’s pirahna’s and snort it on a branch directly above the river. You will then lose conciousness in a blaze of euphoria glory and be eaten to bits by pirahnas.
