It’s a BillyClub thing – you have to donate to the game and join the club.

One thing I want to mention about this that I almost forgot earlier: McM has gone on record on several occasions that there will be no content in the game that is only available to people who pay. Ever. This is actually something he feels really strongly about, so once content is done, he’ll release it to everyone.

Billy Club members do get a few perks such as a Q&A section where they can ask McM stuff, a private section of the forums, and this Zombja test, but they will never get exclusive content.
