Here’s something I discussed awhile ago.

When you reach level 4, and are first able to use flamebate, why doesn’t a new contact appear, who’ll tell you that you’re now eligible to use flamebate, which will redirect you to a page with all of the rules on it.

Then, you need to agree to the rules, before you enter flamebate.

IIRC KoL even had a thing where you had to type in proper uses of really annoyingly common post errors like “its” and “it’s”, “they’re”, “their” and “there”. I could really get behind some “Flamebate Access Sidequest” arrangement.
