There are certain “rare” missions that only show up if you’re running general missions, but the one for Little ‘Ro isn’t one of them.

That does come in handy, however you can upgrade “Pinky” into “Pinky Lv2” on the B-Rank mission “Confess Their Emo Love”. This will cause her to return one stamina per mission like the upgrade does when she’s in your team.
