Hmm, I think this is definitely a gray area. The rules do not specifically address Klan-based voting on INCIT. There is simply the general ‘no voting fraud’ clause. However, without the ability to compare the other submissions, who’s to say that this ‘story’ wasn’t better than any of the other submissions? How can we know if the other INCIT players didn’t also vote for the ‘storyline’ to continue?
