So now the central question becomes not “how often and where are the rules defined”, but rather, “what is the most effective and fair interpretation of the rules?” which is a much more vexing issue.
You guys have a mod forum where you can make sure you’re all on the same page. In the case of gigerth and was, this was a difficult, questionable call. |
