for sites that don’t give you the straight address of the image, right click and go to “view source”, then search using the find function for “img” or the file extension. in this case, “jpg”. then try pasting them in the address bar in another window to see if it’s the right image.

then copy-paste that between image tags (like this, but without the spaces):

[ img]http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2348/2336516558_57550f6755.jpg[ /img]

and you get this:
