To contribute somewhat: I’m sure that if these attacks were offered as buyable with BP, at least some people would go for it, for whatever reason.

But to OP – if you check the wiki page for Re-Res, you can see that the attacks are available at levels 4 and 8 – meaning, you have to be a Lvl 4 or 8 Re-Re. If you choose a clbum at the first opportunity, this won’t be you. Sorry. Log in to see images!
