Well my gym is a ****hole and only just bought a free weight bench stand so I’m pretty new at barbell bench pressing so I specialise in Gironda Dips for chest. I can get 12 after adding 20 kilos onto my bodyweight. (with weights not food)
Also when I do bench press I use perfect form and I do this variation The neck press Which inherently uses less weight. But yah tl;dr version I always do dips instead and when occasionally I neck press I put up a very modest 180 pounds, since perfect form leads to more muscle size (though not necessarily strength) Log in to see images!
