I got a new queuing strategy in place. It’s still not perfect, but it’s better.

In the last 30 minutes the longest a request has been delayed is 5 seconds (previously I saw one at 25!)

I want to update some ruby code too, but unfortunately github is down Log in to see images!

EDIT: I’ve still been getting 503 errors, one of which lasted like 15 seconds before resolving.
