I don’t think they are deleting accounts. It happened to me to. I was registered with gmail and google wants to link accounts with youtube and google or some ****.

nah I got a nasty email telling me that the content in my video blogs was inappropriate and that I should use the 18+ flag for such negative content. Then I was reported for copyright infringement so I just made a new account as they deleted my old one.
