I think what you want to say is that society is being led to accept furries and create objects to bring furries to awareness much more easily. Of course that is now made obsolete through advancements in the internet. (though I use the word advancement very lightly in this context)

I know, obviously not everyone who grew up with them is a furry, or else everyone would be furries.

I guess I was just saying it surprised me, given the prevalence, that furries aren’t more common.
