No it doesn’t. Let me give you a small example:

Imagine this is the Most Forums Pwned leaderboard:

#1 is a Troll and has 1200 forums pwned

#2 is a Troll and has 1150 forums pwned

#3 is a Troll and has 1050 forums pwned

#4 is a Camwhore and has 1020 forums pwned

#5 is an Emo Kid and has 1000 forums pwned

#6 is a Hacker and has 900 forums pwned

#7 is a Permanoob and has 700 forums pwned

So the new system awards the #1, #4, #5, #6 and #7 with an E-Peen, but doesn’t awards the #2 and #3 with an E-Peen. How is that considered to be fair? It’s more like a big **** you to the #2 and #3 because they decided to take Troll as a clbum.
