Why do you bumume that you don’t get to see all the submissions? Just as I wrote, all submissions will be published. Without exceptions. Don’t worry about that. The reason for the tubmailing is that we want to make the contest fair to all participants by avoiding that early or late submissions get an advantage. This way, everyone has the same starting point.
