The fact that you had a relationship that lasted 9 months is a good start. It shows you’re capable of it, although I don’t know the reason why it ended.

I’d suggest you put the marriage thing aside for now. You’re only 23. You have plenty of time. What you don’t want is to meet a girl and rush into marrying her only to find out that the marriage isn’t going to work. Concentrate now on simply finding a girlfriend and if things progress, great! Just don’t pressure her. I’m 22 and the last thing I want right now is to be married.
