Scenario 1: Wait for HoFF will 11 threads, run the forum 4 times, taking jobs for 2 of them.

Scenario 2: Wait for HoFF with 11 threads, run the forum 2 times, taking jobs for each, then repeat, waiting for 11 threads to turn up again an hour or more later. If it doesn’t you’re either down on moar parts (if you run the forums on 10 threads or less) or deliveries (if you wait until after rollover to run the extra 2 visits)
