HTML obfuscation to the rescue! Just copy that and write your post where it says “Post goes here”, and your post will turn into a rickroll when quoted.

EDIT: I screwed up somewhere. Currently fixing it.

EDIT 2: It might work now. I don’t fully understand how Flamebate parses BBCode; it does some weird stuff that I can’t explain.

EDIT 3: Maybe there just needs to be a line break somewhere between the quote tags.

EDIT 4: Okay, it should work now. I think there just needs to be a line break somewhere in the post. This could fail if you have conflicting syntax on the same line as any of the important stuff. I wonder what forum software Flamebate runs.
