Warned? That’s pretty harsh for ****ing obvious trolling. Then again, SEMC was much worse as he actually had a point. So basically trolling is A-OK as long as it’s not making any sense.

How many times does it need to be said; the length of the ban is influenced by not just the severity of the offense, but the ‘ban history’ of the offender.

If you posted, “**** You, bumhole” in GD once, then a warning or temp-ban of 12 hours might get the point across that such behavior isn’t tolerated.

If you did it again, well, maybe a 24 hour ban will get the message across.

Do it three times? Take 3 days to cool off.

Four times? Let’s see if a week helps you learn how to act in a civilzed manner.

Five Times? I guess you’ll find something else to do for a month.

Ten Times? Enjoy your Perma-Ban.

At some point, when you’re whipping the dog for ****ting on the carpet, he learns to STOP ****TING ON THE GODDAMN CARPET!

Some ****es need to get whipped more often than others.
