Are other live fish ok? If so, why? Is any kind of live bait ok? If so, what makes using one live animal better or more ethical than using another? Does the animal have to be cute to gain your sympathy? What about people who feed rodents to their reptiles, are they monsters as well?

Where do you draw the line? When is it ok to kill, maim or otherwise destroy one life and not ok with another?

No, I don’t want actual answers to these questions. They are here only to illustrate the inherent hypocrisy in condemning not the use of live bait, but merely the use of kittens for live bait.

I’m ok with the practice. That said, god help the person that tries that with my kitties.
