I’m going to let McBanhammer decide if Player Toxx has any bearing on this portion of the contest. My default setting is no. But he’s the Master Mod, so if he overrules me, then that’s that.

I meant the player toxx rules, the 10,000BP was obviously a joke, however if someone were to (in this thread) write out a detailed plan in exchange for bp, and then quote it for toxx, I believe they’re held to it.
