This is a current event. It happened today.

For all of you that were in my contest today, you saw that it got closed put on hold. I made changes to the OP to try and fix it. At 3:00 GMT-6 (4:00p.m. server time) I left to go to work. This would be why I was not there to explain the ambiguities in my OP.
