If you edit the OP and your original copy is still there, it shows you just made some clarification or participant-beneficial changes instead of anything shady like, say, adding rules that you have to friend a ton more people to get what you were originally promised.

TUBSWEETIE said that there should be 2 unedited copies of the original: the OP, and the toxx quote, with a third post for updates. Also, all changes to generichaxor’s contest have been positive, except the disappearance of the “most interesting post” prize, which is probably a mistake.

EDIT: Apparently TUBSWEETIE screwed up when (s)he said that. Only 1 unedited copy of the original contest is necessary.
