Don’t you even know the most basic judiciary principles? It is not relevant what he meant to say and it is not relevant what somebody understood: What matters is what should have been understood from an objective point of view. And if an impartial observer would think that 11 BP would be given away twice, this is a clear case of toxx.

I don’t even see why things need to be so complicated. It is obvious that the terms of the contest were changed multiple times without proper notification (and not only to the better), so the contest is clearly not valid anymore. I don’t see a way to continue it now. Log in to see images!
