-Why exactly shoudl they do it like that? What about people who want to save visits for a Raid or whatnot?

[ ] Restrict voting to characters level 4 and above.

-Could be argued, but actually it doesn’t make much sense

[x] add an equation to make choco scoops easier to farm based on INCIT win streaks
